Our team of professionals possesses experience in all areas of retirement plan administration.
Tyler Clark was born and raised in Chico – graduated from Chico State with a B.S. in Mathematics. He started at the front desk and transitioned to trust balancer, consultant assistant and now full-time consultant.
Tyler has over 5 years of experience with qualified retirement plans, and a QKA credential from ASPPA with goals for furthering education and credentials in the field. He enjoys cycling, brewing, bread making and cooking. Passionate about building a stronger community through volunteering and supporting local organizations.
Jeri Howell joined Bidwell Consulting Services, Inc. in September 2022. She comes to us with over 35 years of experience with qualified retirement plan compliance, administration and consulting.
Jeri has extensive experience guiding plan sponsors and their advisors through all aspects of plan administration including correction of operational failures.
Jeri places a high priority on helping plan sponsors understand the retirement plans that they sponsor and ensuring that the plans meet the plan sponsor’s objectives.
Scott Reynolds joined the BCS team in 2019, and has worked diligently to earn the title of Consultant. Scott’s values align well with BCS philosophy of customer service.
Scott came to Bidwell after over 20 years in the payroll and HR space, and has a unique understanding of the different service offerings from the National and local level.
Scott is driven to support the small and medium size business community in their pursuit of running a successful business.
Jessie Smith is a Consultant at Bidwell Consulting Services, Inc. She began her journey with Bidwell Consulting in 2016 and spent the first four years of her career in retirement plan accounting.
Jessie joined consultant, and co-founder, Dennis Cargile’s team in 2020 as an assistant and recently began to take on her own clients as a consultant in 2022.
Jessie believes providing innovative retirement plan administration is imperative to advance our clients’ business and retirement potential. Outside of her work at Bidwell Consulting Services, Jessie enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, designing, and exploring all that life in Northern California has to offer.
Esperanza Castillo has been with BCS since 2020 and started her role as the Front Office Administrator then moved on to become a Consultant Assistant in 2021. She is a high school graduate as well as an ROP graduate for Medical Assisting.
Her passion is to aid and assist the homeless with her main focus being; family, friends, and church.
Jessica graduated from Durham High School in 2014. That fall, she attended Bute College to continue her athletic and academic career. In 2016, Jessica graduated magna cum lade with two Associates degrees. She maintained her academic prowess at Chico State, earning a spot on the dean’s list every semester and graduating in 2018 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Agricultural Business and a minor in Animal Science.
In 2019, Jessica began working at Bidwell Consulting as a receptionist. She was quickly promoted to a consultant assistant. Jessica married her high school sweetheart in 2021 and began coaching softball with the Chico Lady Aces. Jessica continues to work as a consultant assistant and even has a few of her own clients as she begins to make the leap to consultant with Bidwell Consulting.
Cristina Perea joined our team in 2019 as a Distribution Coordinator and quickly moved into her current role as a Consultant Assistant.
Cristina brings our company over 15 years of valuable leadership experience and a strategic vision on simplifying internal processes. As a seasoned professional in Kaizen Management, Cristina is known for driving continuous business improvements/methodologies that focus on small, positive changes for long-term success.
Cristina is passionate about serving our clients with the highest level of service and spending as much time as possible making beautiful memories with her family.
Grant Owens Consulting Assistant of Bidwell Consulting Services, Inc.
Grant assists with IRS form filing, distributions for separated participants, loans for active participants and daily communication between Clients and fiduciaries. Grant has 1 year of experience in this field and has successfully completed ASPPA training in Retirement Plan Fundamentals and QKA-1 Plan Management.
Grant is currently attending California State University Chico and working towards a BA in Business Management with an emphasis in finance. Grant feels that keeping his education moving forward is the best way to assist his Colleagues, the Clients they serve, and the Participants who benefit from having a Retirement Plan.
Christine Neyrinck is a Consultant Assistant at Bidwell Consulting Group
Christine works side by side with the consultants on day to day tasks as well as large projects throughout the year.
Although Christine has been with Bidwell for a short time, she has been in the pension industry for over 14 years.
Christine loves to travel. Her top three choices are hopping on a cruise ship, driving down to Disneyland and camping near the ocean.
Emily has been with BCS since 2012 as a pension administrator in Bidwell’s Compliance Department. Emily moved to Chico, California in 1997. She graduated from CSU, Chico in 2001 and began her pension career in 2002. Emily’s free time is spent organic gardening, doing yoga, or on the tennis court.
Edgar Carabello has worked at Bidwell Consulting Services, Inc. for 6 years as a Compliance Administrator and working his way to Consulting. Edgar is proficient in calculating contributions, data analysis, balancing plans and completing annual reports.
Edgar has also started working on becoming a consultant by training in the distribution process along with corresponding with clients and participants. Edgar is currently working on obtaining credentials from ASPPA.
Edgar is a firm believer on working hard and passionate about training others to become well rounds individuals in the retirement industry.
Emma Prša is a member of the Compliance department at Bidwell Consulting Services, Inc. She has been with the company for over 7 years. She is dedicated to providing detail-oriented and accurate administration. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Leandra Boodoo works in the retirement plan accounting and compliance departments at Bidwell Consulting Services, Inc. She joined the team in 2018 and quickly learned how retirement plans should function from the accounting side, ensuring plans were funded appropriately.
In 2020, Leandra began to learn the compliance side of retirement plans, starting with producing tax forms and annual reports. She continues to take on new responsibilities year after year to maximize her potential with the company. Leandra obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and earned additional credits and research experience at California State University, Chico.
She aspires to be a wildlife biologist either working on public land or as a wildlife consultant, specializing in bat biology. Outside of wildlife field work Leandra gets fulfillment from hiking, rock climbing, playing brass instruments, and cooking various cuisines.
Jessica Crum began her professional career in the Balancing and Compliance Departments in March 2021. She currently attends the University of California, Santa Barbara and will graduate in June 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics & Data Science. Jessica likes to spend her free time exercising, reading, or cooking.
Brecken Pisenti is a Documents Administrator at Bidwell Consulting Services, Inc. In this role, he generates and reviews the various adoption agreements, amendments, and participant notices required for each retirement plan.
Brecken has been working on plan documents for Bidwell Consulting and has managed multiple restatement cycles for the company in addition to dealing with day-to-day document needs. He is committed to accuracy and precision in fulfilling all document requests and requirements.
Meghan Maher is a Document Administrator in the Documents Department at Bidwell Consulting Services, Inc.
Meghan’s primary role is the preparation & completion of new 401k & Defined Benefit plan documents as well as preparation of plan amendments, participant loans, terminations, participant notices & other miscellaneous administrative changes to plan documentation as required.
Meghan has been with Bidwell for 7 years and in that time period has gained experience in various roles throughout the company.
Meghan values expanding her knowledge both personally & professionally, working in a team environment & providing excellent service to our clients. She is passionate about helping & supporting others, spending time in nature & animals!
Front Office Administrator
Lauren Aschenbrener has worked over a year as the Office Receptionist of Bidwell Consulting Services, Inc. Responsibilities include; maintaining files and records, directing client phone calls, and handling part of the BCS accounting department.
